Abolishing CSAT will be a factional, forged and unsubstantiated analogy of reservation policy .

With meters of political dictates rising across the streets , Its arguably an irony to believe that street show and vandalism is trying to fix a negotiation between political responsibility and UPSC's autonomous stature . While the polity has its responsibility to address the expectations of all those entities who have inked their fingers and voted , UPSC has a clear cut responsibility to ensure an examination algorithm which fetches us best of the officers to run administrative , police , forest , revenue , trade ,post ,railway ,audit and finance ,traffic and all such titles belonging to state, union and concurrent list .

We don't belong to an era of paper and ink , rather we belong to an era of excel spreadsheets , R studio .Reports and drafts these days are based on statistical elements .Histograms and pie-charts are readily used to express an idea , a project or a process which passes through the desk of civil servants.CSAT is a brain child of changing scenario is works of civil servants .Aptitude and a scientific temperament is a b c of present day pre-requisits for any class of officers .
I have no inclination to any special class of language and streams .Its true that humanities and arts students have not practiced so much of these things , but they should understand and accept the fact that they have enough brain to work and inculcate aptitude .

If a student comes from any humanities and arts background , arguably he is supposed to have a better and sound understanding of general studies : governance and policies ,environment and diversities , ethics and humanities .Having said that they have arguably an edge in each and every paper of Civil services mains and paper one of prelims . So going by their logic all engineers ,doctors ,MBA have enough right to protest against these papers . But they should not because a civil servant is required to know all these things .As constitution does not give any sort of priority to arts student over science for civil services, irrespective of streams and background every aspirant should respect the pre-requisits.

We need to understand this fact that every examination has a particular expectations from its aspirants and there are people at the top with sound and suitable experience to adjust and declare the required expectation .An aspirant's duty is to study and adapt according to the requirements instead of protest and vandalism . And if these sort of vandalism are encouraged due to political pressure , it would lead to a fractured social massage . I don't understand on what ground and research Mr. Akhilesh Yadav , and Tejaswi Yadav is writing letters to PM to abolish CSAT. The only relevant issue out of this whole scenario is about the translation and UPSC is expected to take care of that .A feasible and easily accessible translation should be encouraged

Abolishing CSAT will be a factional, forged and unsubstantiated analogy of reservation policy .Its equivalent to settlement of quota to people who don't have understandings  of aptitude as per requirement of a qualified civil servants. While Caste reservation policy has a constitutional background and goal to uplift lower strata of society; this one will lack even a suitable background and goal .

लाइटर

KERALA TOURISM :DAY 2 and ALLEPPEY BACKWATERS

May be because " It's always our self we find in the sea.”   or may be because the strong analogy water hold with life as it goes on irrespective of whatever it dissolves ...or may be the inductive serenity , You never get tired of water . “It is life, I think, to watch the water. A man can learn so many things.”  ―  Nicholas Sparks ,  The Notebook Comfort ,freedom, an aura of redemption and the sunny rays reflecting back from waves ,kissing my cheeks and knowingly or unknowingly melting the sun cream ...I have never expected more than this from nature . The day with Alappuzha/Alleppey was precisely a floating day  :Six good hours of boating across Alleppey backwaters . And it all began like this    The panoramic view of back waters taken from boat    Coconut trees have its own charm."And the kerala coconut beer is a must try, its sumptuous in taste and cheaper than kingfisher "said one resident. Anyway it w...

KERALA TOURISM : namkeen paani and day 1

Before I start putting the glances of god’s own country as they say ,that train journey extended over  the span of 48 hours deserves a firm mention . The worst part of story was : no pantry car ,that simply means food was an issue and was like a setback to foodie people .People were racing between the halt time of train bringing something and something as its good to have something than nothing .And the best part of the story was : Chinua Acheyba . I was rushing through his cult classic magnum opus “ things fall apart ” till end of the journey before I completed it . And when ever I passed by a lingering line ,it was a time to take a break and discuss. "When the moon is shining the cripple becomes hungry for a walk." Anyway the breaks  were variably filled by playing cards, sleeping and of course arguments. Prolixity has never been alien to this country . You just need t...
