A doctor and A poet

When I was down with cold and fever She came up with precautions and pills: 'What keeps us alive and what kills'. When she was broken, shattered lull abominably , I read her Tennyson and Shelley : "If winter comes, can Spring be far behind ?" and again and again "If winter comes, can Spring be far behind ?" She is a doctor I am a poet. She cures everything, everything and everything. I cure anything that she can't. But one day When a little prince came to her first and then me for a simple investigation of his life and agony "If Its love or not ? " She did all tests, yet denied to comment. I read all literature yet denied to conclude . God ! What can be the valour of that pain, Doctors can't treat, Poets can't sweeten.

An encounter to remember and Postscript notes

Today is december 9th, Some of my good friends whom I count in the genius most list are yet to be placed, some are yet to be shortlisted, some's hard work is yet to be recognized. Since last six days I am strolling across the open grounds of Nalanda complex, waiting for people to convert, come back home, dewrap themselves from those courteous suits that tests our patience, perseverance, pretensions and priorities. It's all about a day, a click of destiny. I got the yes nod on 3rd December night, though it took mornings to reach up to me. Interview through which I got an offer was simple, straightforward, Not a big deal type, just two or three maths problems and some talks. The interviewer was young enough to realize the substance I am, yet old enough to realize the confidence in my eyes. Interviews that select you are generally like this, simple and smooth , but the one that rejects you are actually charming, to be talked about. And that rejected one was with Ernst and Young...

December Diary

Try to make an opinion where it actually matters

There are two types of issues, we all notice, read or go through everyday from newspapers, facebook or  twitter trends. The first one are all those where we cry and cry, yet fail to make a difference. Some actor said "India is intolerant", someone reverted " No, its tolerant". These are  news born out of fucked up heartland of social media. The other one are all those where we can make a difference, yet we choose to neglect. An 18 year old girl, while preparing for JEE in Kota decided to quit, hanged herself out of depression and fear of failure. This is sensitive and this is born out of society we all live in, society which has created a pretentious pressure on its own kids, Parents who have started comparing their kids with the neighbour kids. This is an outcome of priority to marks and competitive examinations, that our parents have fixed, your uncles, your aunties have fixed. These are people who will listen to you if you choose to make them realize. Modi an...
